5. AI Chat Feature

• Conversations with Zinti AI are processed via the Gemini API to generate responses.
• We do not store, view, or use your chat history for any purpose.
• Responses generated by AI are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Zinti is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We make no guarantees that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CybroCompany is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Zinti.

7. Third-Party Services

Zinti relies on trusted third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase – for analytics, crash reporting, and authentication.
• Gemini API – for powering the AI chat feature.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zinti at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the app.
